The minimum equipped indoor stand area is 12 sq.m.
The minimum unequipped indoor stand area is 18 sq.m.
The minimum area for stand at the open space is 30 sq.m for …. per sq.m.
Participation tariffs
After studying conditions and regulations, and indicating your acceptance,
please fill up the following form to take the step of preregistration:
General condition for exhibition
    1. In these conditions the term Exhibitor is attributed to the signatory of  the application
 including all foreign companies and other individuals or
 agents. The Organizer is the Sanat Salamat co.
2. Application forms should be sent at least 45 days before the opening of the exhibition.
Furthermore, Applications submitted without making Full payment by the specified day,
 will not be considered .Such forms are of no validity whatsoever.
3. The organizer reserves the right for acceptance or rejection of the application forms
 and will not be liable for any explanation.
4. The exhibitor is not allowed to sublet or share with others the space allocated
to her/him unless she/he obtains the organizer’s permission.
5. If the exhibitor wishes to cancel her/his participation in the exhibition.
At most one month before the opening date 20% of the total rental charge will remain
 in the possession of the organizer as compensation and the rest of it will be returned
 to the exhibitor, after a month to the opening. The exhibitor remains liable for
all the financial commitments incurred on his account and shall have no right to claim compensation.
6. The exhibitor should furnish details of proposed exhibit goods as well as the address, telephone, fax, email in English language at least 45 day before the opening of the fair, otherwise, the organizer will not be     responsible for the entry in the exhibition catalogue.
7. If the exhibitor wishes to demonstrate the operation of his/her products they must obtain the prior approval of the organizer. All res-possibilities will be compensated by the exhibitor for any damages to the fairground or installations.
8. Decoration and arrangement of exhibits within the stand as well as construction and deconstruction jobs should be completed 24 hours before the opening day and all unnecessary materials and empty cases should be removed from the fairground to the place determined by the organizer.
9. The exhibitor should submit the layout of internal electric extent at Least 30 days before the opening of exhibition. Extra power       consumption will be calculated by technical office and the charge must be paid besides that, the exhibitor must inform the organizer about machines consuming more than 5 kw/h and forward the layout of their electric connections 45 days before the opening day.
THE REQUIRED RULES FOR SECOND FLOOR CONSTRUCTION:
Considering external area of stand and the height of the hall, The final design for construction must be confirmed by organizer & Iranian International Exhibition Company (IIEC) .IIEC has the right for any changes in design of construction.
The minimum area for ground floor is 18 sqm
The area of second floor must be 20% of total area of ground floor.
Second floor shall not have any interruption on the construction of other close stands.
On the basis of IIEC rules, the exhibitors who personally construct their stand & have the second floor must pay 50% of total area in addition of their payment for their ground floor to the organizer.
10. Exhibitors who require telephone should complete the related application form not later than 45 days before the opening of the fair. All telephones will be connected before the opening day.
11. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the fairground while the fair is open. Delivery of foods and other things should be permitted in the early morning before the opening of the exhibition.
12. The exhibitor will receive free identification cards for the staff of his/her pavilion to the fairground during the fair.
13. Exhibitor’s banners or signboards must be within the area of their sites. All kinds of advertisements such as placards, wall writing, etc. outside stand will be subject to organizer’s permission and related charges.
14. The exhibitor will be responsible for securing and safeguarding their exhibits during the visiting hours of the exhibition. The halls of the exhibition will be locked and sealed after closing hours.
15. Flammable articles are banned from storage in the halls. The exhibitors requiring any type of such articles for demonstration purposes should consult the fair station officials of the fair.
16. The exhibitor should vacate and hand over her/his inside and outside space to the organizer at most 24hous after the termination of the fair. Otherwise the organizer will remove the exhibit from the fairground without any responsibility for explanation.
17. The organizer shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any property of the exhibitor or any other person caused by national emergency, uproar, war, natural disasters and general cases of force majeure which are not within the organizer’s control.
18. Oral agreements are valid only after they have been confirmed in writing and signed.
